Thanks for visiting our site: we have great in-house manufacturing capacity and experienced engineers, Covision Metal is able to support customers with one-stop solution/ package solution for parts with long processing such as CNC milling & turning, metal stamping & sheet metal, tooling, extrusion, die casting, forging, sintering, gear machining, gearbox assembly, etc, as well as a different finishing process. For projects with a number of parts in different processes and small quantities, CV Metal’s package solution service will help customer to shorten their supplier line, and ease their sourcing pressure. Our products were widely applied in aerospace/ marine/ metro/ motorbike/ automotive industries, instruments & meters, office equipment, home appliance, medical equipment, electrical & electronics, telecommunication, fire detection system, etc. We have a long-term relationship with world-famous companies, both 1-tier brands like GE, IBM, Landis+gyr, Kis photo-me group, Tesla, Raymarine, etc, and top contract manufacturers like Foxconn, Flextronics, Jabil, TTM, Siemens, etc.

Our Plastic Products Division

Covision Plastics was founded in 2000, 3 years after we established our Metal Division, located in Baoan District, Shenzhen city, China. We focus on the design and manufacturing of plastic products and molds, such as injection molding  related to Engineering plastic for example PC, ABS, Silicone etc products. We now have three workshops, one of which is a mold manufacturing workshop and the other two are plastic injection and silicone rubber workshops, with an annual production capacity of 500-600 sets of  molds and more than 10 million pieces of injection molding components. We are IATF16949-2016 and ISO9001-2015 certificated factory, we are also a high-tech enterprise in Shenzhen and a specialized-refinement-differential-innovation enterprise.

We mainly serve the customers from the industries of automobiles, home appliances, medical equipment and electronic productions, and about half of the molds are exported to Europe and U.S.A and other countries.
